From May 29 to June 7 of 2006, in the old City Hall of the Medina-Dakar, the Third Edition of “Le Triangle de l’ Art Festival” was staged by Plexus International, with the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Senegal and the Ministry of Cultural of Senegal.
