In the fall of 2000, in the rue 17 X 8 of the Medina of Dakar, Plexus International Onlus opened a small space to serve as an office for the Well Being event planned in December   as well as to serve as a gallery.  It  was managed by Assane Mbaye with the purpose to show and to sell the art work collected in support to the proposal of the opening of a World Art Bank in Goree.

On November 14 of 2000, at the Complesso Ministeriale San Michele a Ripa, Rome, it was held the round table “Human Rights for All: Drop the Debt of the Poor Countries, A Voyage through the Door of No Return.”  It was chaired by Mons.
